There is no membership fee to join Next ONE and you can qualify for the ONE LEAP Scholarship!

It all started when...

A great coach had a vision that the next generation of dragon boaters will exemplify the sport and thus started the Next ONE youth team. These youths will not only gain confidence, become stronger, and learn the true meaning of teamwork, they will use what's learned on the boat to better their lives and those in the community around them. They will have a chance to learn the qualities necessary to become good leaders, get exposed to various scholarship and internship programs, and are mentored by some of the best young professionals in the Boston area!

In 2017, ONE Racing instituted the ONE LEAP (Leadership, Education, Athleticism, and Professionalism) Scholarship Program. This program is open to all Next ONE members who have been on the team for at least 2 seasons. The ONE LEAP Scholarship is designed to promote youth development in leadership. In addition, it's meant to support youth education, health, and professionalism.

Youth membership is free and includes practice time, coaching, and free entry to the annual Boston Dragon Boat Festival. Contact us today!
