Single-Day Corporate Team Building

Walk away with an unforgettable experience! Anyone who has raced on a dragon boat walks away with memories that last a lifetime!

Dragon boating involves all the key characteristics for building a strong team: communication, trust, camaraderie, resilience, and conquering challenges together. On a dragon boat, all 20 paddlers working together in unison makes the boat go so much faster!

We can host anywhere from 20-100 people on the water during the warmer months. For groups between 10 and 50 members, we also offer on-site indoor team races.

All of the necessary equipment will be provided for both types of events (on and off the water).

All you need to do is show up with your team (or have a space for us to set up the equipment), and we'll do the rest! Our team building package includes event management, equipment rental, instructions, photos and videos, prizes, and most of all lots of fun for the entire team.

Increase your brand recognition and become part of the dragon boat community by racing at the Boston Dragon Boat Festival, one of the oldest festivals in the United States (usually held on the second weekend of June).

In just one weekend, your company logo will be exposed to the eyes of more than 200,000 attendees!

We offer multiple options for corporate teams at all stages. Do you already have a corporate team and looking to take it to the next level? And/or do you seek to build a corporate team from scratch?

We will assess your needs and customize a program accordingly! Our packages include equipment rental, coaching, and help with registration and race day logistics.

Want all the benefits of a corporate team but not able to field your own team? We can help you increase brand awareness at festivals by representing your corporation at national and/or international dragon boat events.

Youth Support

Give back to the community by supporting our youth program! We provide membership and practices to our youths for free, and we also subsidize racing fees whenever possible. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, we are unable to completely support the costs for youths to participate in national and international races on our own, and that's where you come in!
