Boston Summer Dragon Boat Camp 2026

Ever want to learn or experience paddling at a higher level? Join us on July 28-31 for a high performance dragon boat camp (18+) and be coached by Team USA coaches!

Whether you’re new to the sport or a seasoned paddler aiming for high performance, this clinic is designed to elevate your skills, fitness, and understanding of what it takes to compete at the next level — all while having a blast on the water.

What you will get:

  • Daily Water Time

    • 2 training sessions per day (Tuesday – Friday)

    • An optional Saturday race at the “Beast From The East Dragon Boat Classic” (separatefee)

  • Video Review Sessions– Get personalized feedback to refine your technique

  • Q&A session with National Team Coaches & Athletes – Learn directly from the best

What you will learn:

  • The fundamentals of a powerful and efficient stroke

  • How to train smart and build athletic conditioning for dragon boat

  • The mindset, commitment, and techniques it takes to reach a national or elite level

There are a number of hotels and lodging areas around camp. Major areas to look in are Seaport, Fort Point, Downtown and Chinatown that are within 20 minute walks away. Some options include:

If you’re flying into Boston, here will land in Boston Logan Airport with 2 main ways to get to the hotel:

Camp will conclude with an optional race at Beast from the East Classic on Saturday 8/1/26 that will end in the evening.

Fees

Early bird special — $350 if paid before July 1, 2026.

After that date, the fee will be $400.

Please add $65 if you are racing Saturday! There will be no discounts for partial attendance.
